One lump or two? None thank you!

Quite frankly we don’t care how many lumps you have, as long as they are only in your tea.

The event is on Sunday, June 8, 2008, and begins at 2:00 p.m. Tea will be steeped and ready for pouring at approximately 2:30. From 2:00 until 5:00 p.m. you can browse and bid on the silent auction items, have someone gaze into the crystal ball of your future, or simply sit and chat with a new friend, or sip tea and listen to music with an old friend.

You are invited to be smug, witty, wacky, snippy, sociable, snooty, thoughtful, cheeky, affable, aloof or solicitous at this uppity, not so uppity tea, but one thing you cannot be is witless about breast cancer. We must come together and support the search for a cure to a disease that will strike one in nine Canadian women during their lifetime.

For a donation of $75 or more, per person, to the Breast Cancer Support Services, you will receive your invitation to contribute to the conviviality of this uppity, not so uppity tea and, indulge in sandwiches and sweets, and sip tea steeped for the cure.
