The Party in Pink is a women’s only event attended by over 600 women. This is by far the most exciting event in the region. So mark your calendars for this year’s event!

What a fun way to support a great cause! Party in Pink is a women only Breast Cancer fundraiser in support of BCSS. This fun filled PINK evening will be held on Friday, October 15th, 2010 at the Holiday Inn Burlington with over 700 women in attendance! This unforgettable opportunity to Kick Up Your Heels and paint the town PINK will include a variety of live entertainment along with: a Live Auction, Silent Auction, Raffle Prizes, Games and dancing the night away with your gal pals to raise funds for Breast Cancer Support Services.
Party in Pink is different than most other Breast Cancer fundraisers. The money does not fund research; instead it will stay within the Golden Horseshoe, in direct support of those who are living with breast cancer, and their families.
Breast Cancer Support Services (BCSS), located in Burlington are considered pioneers within the breast cancer community and have provided invaluable support to those who have been diagnosed with breast cancer over the last 20 years. Of the approximately 900 women diagnosed in Hamilton/Halton alone in 2007, 690 women walked through BCSS’s doors to be welcomed by a volunteer based organization whose heart and soul is composed of the women and men who have already walked in their shoes. A survivor created organization dedicated to the support of individuals concerned about breast cancer and breast health, BCSS offers outstanding programs to ease the burden and bolster the spirit. As many of their programs are completely booked and overflowing, BCSS needs your help to meet the needs of the Golden Horseshoe community!
Party in Pink is a night long remembered by the attendees and the people served by BCSS. This incredible evening is a joining of the will and determination of women, their family, friends and colleagues. It is a celebration of support and encouragement for Breast Cancer survivors and those who love them.
