Journalling and the Healing Journey
"What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared with what lies within us." (Ralph Waldo Emerson) Journaling is a road to self-discovery and can be a wonderfully supportive part of the healing process. Janice Emeneau will show us how a journal can become even more than just a good friend in a difficult time. Journaling can help us deal with adversity and find solutions to problems by unlocking the messages that are waiting within - those "unopened letters' from our unconscious selves to our conscious selves. Learning how to journal, and finding your own style of doing so, is one of the biggest steps you'll take toward self-empowerment - developing your self-trust, self-belief and self-reliance.

—Due to seating limitations, all of the above seminars are limited to 25 participants and priority will be given to those currently undergoing treatments —
